Goodwill is a solution where accessories are ordered and dispatched for free to the customer from this solution to maintain the image of the partner's brand when faults occur with the purchase of a handset. The price of the product to the partner is ordered at a generous discounted rate off the RRP in a special commercial agreement.
Beginning the Process
The operator selects the customer's handset make and model to open the available products.

Accessory Selection
Upon selection of the handset the operator can browse available products clearly broken into the most popular categories per phone.

Product Details
Here the operator has selected a memory card, the details of the product are displayed along with the compatibility matrix for reference and the cost of unit (whether it be for the partner or customer).

Shopping Basket
After selecting to purchase the accessory the basket and checkout open. From here the operator can edit quantity etc, but further more can switch between payment and goodwill mode at the click of a button. (This version also features a payment in euros feature).

Checkout
In the goodwill mode all that is needed here is delivery details of the customer and reason for the free product. The operator fills in a call reference number and their direct phone number and the process is complete. The payment mode is exactly the same apart from entering the customer card details.
